The Senior Integrated Producer is the connective force between strategy, creative, technology, and client services for gaming-focused 360° campaigns. You’ll oversee projects that span multiple touchpoints—digital, social, experiential, key art, influencer, and emerging platforms—ensuring creative vision, technical execution, timelines, and budgets align seamlessly. This role requires both production expertise and being comfortable leading client meetings. You are the gear at the center of a complex machine. You are what makes the machine move. Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end production process for isolated and integrated 360° gaming campaigns that include digital, social, AV, experiential, influencer, OOH, and interactive components. Translate client objectives into actionable production plans, ensuring all teams (creative, design, strategy, development, media, and experiential) are aligned. Manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing timelines, budgets, and resources without sacrificing quality. At times act as the main client point of contact, projecting confidence and being the tip of the spear for UNFOLD. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Strategists, and Media leads to shepherd concepts into fully executed multi-channel campaigns. Proactively check in with developers, designers, motion artists, producers, and external vendors to bring creative visions to life across platforms and ensure that all blockers are removed. Serve as the central point of contact between internal teams and clients, keeping communication clear, proactive, and solutions-focused. Gaming Industry Expertise Stay up-to-date on gaming culture, communities, platforms, esports, and emerging tech relevant to the industry. Ensure creative outputs are authentic to the gaming audience and aligned with brand voice. Anticipate industry trends to advise on platform strategy, influencer engagement, and interactive experiences. Operational Excellence Build and maintain detailed production schedules, scopes of work, and budget trackers. Identify risks and proactively problem-solve to keep projects on track. Maintain high standards of quality control across all deliverables. Qualifications Required: 4–6 years of experience in integrated production, preferably within gaming, entertainment, or digital creative agencies. Proven track record delivering multi-platform 360° campaigns in fast-paced environments. Strong organizational skills with a knack for juggling priorities and meeting tight deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both internal and client-facing interactions. Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Trello), spreadsheets, and production workflows. Nice to Have: Experience producing live streams, esports tournaments, or in-game activations. Familiarity with interactive technologies (AR, VR, Unreal/Unity). Basic technical knowledge of design, motion, and development pipelines. A passion for gaming. Salary for this position can start around $110,000 annually with potential for higher compensation based on experience and demonstrated expertise.
