General Responsibilities Include:

1. Content Creation

* Design eye-catching posts, stories, and videos for social media platforms.

* Craft engaging and informative captions that align with the organization’s voice.

2. Research & Trend Analysis

* Monitor industry trends, social issues, and viral topics to create relevant content.

* Identify trending hashtags and keywords to optimize post reach and engagement.

3. Background Content Research

* Gather credible sources and statistics to support posts and campaigns.

* Ensure all content is fact-checked and aligns with the organization’s messaging.

4. Platform Management

* Assist in scheduling and posting content across platforms ( Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn).

* Monitor audience engagement and interact with followers through comments and messages.

5. Collaboration

* Work with team members to brainstorm and plan creative content ideas.

* Adapt content for different platforms while maintaining a cohesive brand message.

6. Performance Tracking

* Track key metrics like engagement, shares, and follower growth.

* Provide feedback on content performance to improve future strategies.
