Position Summary

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphics Designer to join our production team. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, involving everything from TV commercial production to motion graphics, animation, and post-production. The ideal candidate brings strong technical skills, a sharp eye for design, and the ability to manage multiple projects on deadline. You’ll support senior designers on major campaigns while independently leading smaller projects from start to finish.

Position Responsibilities

• Produce at least one basic TV commercial per day
• Own the full production cycle: pre-production, editing, animation, and final delivery
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Coordinators to align visuals with client objectives
• Source and organize assets (logos, images, music, etc.) for use in production
• Edit video, create motion graphics, apply visual effects, and handle color correction
• Mix and master audio tracks including music, voiceovers, and sound effects
• Encode/export video files and upload to designated platforms
• Proof and QC content for design consistency and accuracy
• Maintain clean, organized project files in line with internal standards
• Contribute to larger team efforts and assist on complex projects as needed
• Optimize graphics for various formats and screen sizes
• Stay current on industry trends and tools to bring fresh ideas to the team
• Collaborate with the creative team to storyboard and execute branded video content
• Balance multiple projects while meeting deadlines and incorporating feedback

Position Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in Animation, Film, Design, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 2+ years of full-time experience in motion graphics with a strong portfolio
• Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Audition; working knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop
• Solid grasp of typography, pacing, composition, and visual storytelling
• Ability to produce polished video and audio content under tight deadlines
• Familiarity with 3D tools like Cinema 4D, Blender, or Maya is a plus
• Knowledge of manufacturer branding and design compliance
• Excellent time management and project organization
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team mindset
• Willingness to accept feedback and iterate quickly
• Proactive problem-solver with a positive, respectful attitude
