Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding jewelry that meets their needs and preferences.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of various jewelry items.
- Utilize innovative selling technologies and foster guest relationships with our unique platforms.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandise display to attract customers.
- Collaborate with your colleagues and gain the autonomy of scheduling your appointments.
- Be self-motivated to continuously learn new things daily.
- Willingness to share different perspectives and must be willing to give and take assistance from colleagues.
- Assist with stocking inventory and managing stock levels to ensure availability of products.
- Engage with customers over the phone, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Utilize basic math skills for retail math calculations related to sales, discounts, and inventory management.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions efficiently.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Basic math skills necessary for handling cash transactions and performing retail math calculations.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
