Working in cannabis may sound like fun but make no mistake, it is! We are searching for a passionate Graphic Designer to welcome into the circle of trust and join our squad of trained visual magicians. Of course, you’ll be designing digital and print assets, making the ephemera that elevates our brand and builds lasting connections with our audience... Duh. But what else?
Our designers work in our creative studio in Wynwood. It's a playground of opportunities with space and tools to develop and execute the ideas we come up with. If you enjoy creating and find genuine fulfillment in seeing your ideas come to life - this role may be for you. We are all self-motivated individuals here. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in creating visual content for social media, email campaigns, packaging, promotional materials, etc.
Assist in creative writing for content, email campaigns, packaging, promotional materials etc.
Support the design team in maintaining brand consistency across all platforms.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop engaging visuals for campaigns and product launches.
Edit and prepare images and graphics for web and print use.
Stay current with design trends, especially those relevant to cannabis, wellness, and lifestyle branding; including politics and law/regulations.
Organize and manage design files and assets.
Collaborating with marketing, sales and other teams.
Potentially helping in store openings and/or physically building displays.
Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Two years of professional design experience (internships or freelance work welcome).
Sick portfolio showcasing creative work, preferably with lifestyle or cannabis- related themes.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Using Monday.com / Slack / Microsoft Teams.
Experience with Video Editing and GFX (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
Familiarity with web design tools (Figma, Wordpress).
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
Expert in showing up on-time and on-point.
Ability to take direction and work collaboratively.

Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with cannabis culture.
Experience with 3D (Blender, SketchUp, Cinema 4D).
Understanding of Ai and related platforms.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content formats.
