Overview

We’re seeking a talented UI/UX Designer, Landing Pages to own all web design for our growth initiatives and elevate our visual presence across the funnel. You’ll redesign first-order pages and landing pages, create scalable design systems for CRO optimization, and ensure every page reflects our premium brand while driving conversions. This is a full-time, in-house role based in Miami. You’ll work closely with our CRO Manager and collaborate across Growth, Creative, and Brand teams.

Responsibilities

  • Redesign all first-order pages and landing pages to match evolving brand and improve performance across the conversion funnel.
  • Own web design for growth initiatives, enabling rapid creation of high-converting, beautifully designed landing pages.
  • Create compelling visual storytelling to explain product benefits, science, and usability in premium, playful, and easily digestible ways.
  • Develop and maintain a flexible, scalable design system that ensures consistency while enabling speed across pages and launches.
  • Collaborate with Growth, CRO, and Creative teams to translate strategic priorities into high-performing visual experiences.
  • Design and ship new pages for product launches, collaborations, and campaigns with quick turnaround times.
  • Partner with CRO Manager to improve conversion rates and optimize user experience.

Who You Are

  • 3–5 years of experience in CRO-focused landing page design with strong UI/UX skills.
  • Proven ability to move fast, design at scale, and build modular systems.
  • Advanced Figma skills, with experience creating design systems and prototypes.
  • Strong design eye balancing aesthetics with conversion goals.
  • Familiarity with conversion copywriting principles and designing around value propositions.
  • Experience with low-code/no-code builders like Replo is a plus.
  • Ambition to grow into a Director-level role and scale impact as the company expands.

Details

  • Base salary range: $80,000–$110,000 depending on experience.
