We believe in in-office collaboration and fully intend for the selected candidate for this role to work on site in the specified location(s).

We are seeking a Senior User Experience Designer (individual contributor) to help us create a simple, modern wealth management platform that enables world-class efficiency and highly personalized experiences for Advisors and Associate Wealth Advisors in the Wealth and Advice Solutions (WAS) organization. Your primary focus will be on translating strategic insights into actionable experience concepts by defining the structure, flow, and content of the solution. You will visualize design ideas through interactive prototypes that communicate the intended user experience, helping to align teams, gather feedback, and guide development. While your primary user persona will be Advisors, you will stay connected to the Sales and Service experiences and capabilities, as several tasks and workflows cross over between these personas.

This role requires excellent relationship management and executive presence to facilitate alignment and decision-making across business stakeholders, product owners, and technology partners.

  • Conduct the primary design activities, create deliverables, and conduct QA at an expert level
  • Participate and support research efforts
  • Commit to improving our process and methods with emphasis on effectiveness and efficiency
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architects, and other stakeholders to craft solutions that meet business objectives and user needs
  • Strategically listen to feedback and help guide the delivery
