Cella Inc is hiring: Web Designer (Hybrid) in Atlanta

Overview

Location: North Atlanta, GA

Schedule: Hybrid, 3x onsite per week

Length: 6 months with potential to extend or convert to permanent

Compensation Range: $27 - 33 per hour

Our client, a globally renowned innovator in audio technology, is on the lookout for an innovative Web Designer to join their team! As a Web Designer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting immersive web experiences that captivate and engage our client's global audience. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, detail-oriented designer, and someone who thrives in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Create designs and content versioning to optimize website experiences.
• Fix back-end issues on the website and email to improve user experience.
• Preparation of web assets, page assembly, and publishing of content.
• Translation of all content to roll out to global websites and marketing emails.
• Advise on the use of current and future UI components to drive efficiency.
• Partner closely with digital marketing to continually optimize content based on data and insights.
• Meet content publishing deadlines while ensuring the quality of craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of hands-on experience in web and visual design.
• Proficiency in Content Management Systems (CMS) and e-commerce systems, preferably a headless CMS.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects from inception to completion in a deadline-driven environment.
• Interpersonal skills, with the ability to work directly with clients and stakeholders to scope projects and manage expectations.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• WordPress, Salesforce, and ContentStack proficiency is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile (e.g., Scrum, sAFe) and/or Lean methodologies is a plus.
• Understanding of design systems is a plus.
