Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Writer to create, edit, and optimize user-facing content that empowers end users to make informed decisions and complete online tasks with ease. The Technical Writer will work closely with designers, product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to craft clear, concise, and engaging content that drives user success.

Key Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and maintain high-quality content including documentation, process flows, procedures, and micro-content for digital platforms and applications.

• Migrate and optimize existing content and PDFs into Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and other CMS tools.

• Translate complex technical concepts and developer language into clear, user-friendly content.

• Collaborate with marketing, change management, learning, and communication teams to ensure content aligns with brand style, organizational objectives, and readability standards.

• Create documentation to support non-technical users in managing and optimizing their own content within CMS tools.

• Review content for accuracy, usability, accessibility, and conformance to style guidelines.

• Update mockups and prototypes before and after usability testing to support UX goals.

• Leverage analytics and user feedback to recommend improvements and optimize the user experience.

• Organize and present information in the clearest and most logical manner for end users.

• Provide content expertise and guidance during the design of templates, pages, components, and digital experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, Information Design, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

• Proven experience as a Technical Writer, Content Strategist, or similar role in a digital or technology-driven environment.

• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.

• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other content management systems.

• Familiarity with UX principles, readability best practices, and accessibility standards.

• Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, balancing technical accuracy with user-centric clarity.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with analytics tools to measure content performance.

• Knowledge of usability testing processes and content optimization strategies.

• Familiarity with Agile environments and digital product development.
