Overview
The Digital Marketing Analyst will be responsible for optimizing and analyzing digital marketing campaigns in support of various business units at Healio. This position requires a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies in the healthcare sector, with the ability to drive performance and engagement through data-driven insights and analysis. Responsibilities
Campaign Analysis & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns (PPC, SEO, email marketing, social media, etc.) across multiple platforms. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Data Management: Collect, organize, and interpret digital marketing data, utilizing tools like Google Analytics, Power BI, Selligent (email platform), Airtable, and social media insights to track metrics such as conversions, engagement, program delivery, and ROI. Vendor Assessment and Management: Monitor campaign performance, cost analysis, and effectiveness of vendor partners across various business units and program models. Lead efforts in researching, securing, testing, and onboarding new vendors in support of program delivery. Market Trends and Competitor Research: Stay informed about digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and industry news. Understand current trends in pharma marketing, HCP engagement, and digital marketing strategies. Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Collaborate with teams across business units, including Deep Engagement, CME, News, Analytics, and IT to ensure seamless campaign execution, identify new opportunities, and align marketing efforts with business goals. Campaign Optimization: Continuously refine targeting, creatives, and messaging to increase the performance of digital marketing campaigns. Conduct A/B tests on digital campaigns to identify opportunities for optimization. Budget Management: Assist in managing digital marketing budgets, ensuring campaigns are executed efficiently, within budget, and meet the intended program goals. Client Reporting & Communication: Prepare and present campaign performance reports to key stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns. Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business analytics, data science, or a related field is required. Experience: 4+ years of experience in digital marketing and/or marketing analytics, preferably within the healthcare industry. Experience with data analysis, PPC, SEO, email marketing, and social media marketing is required. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects are also required. Technical Skills: Experience with Microsoft Office and familiarity with data analytics and digital marketing platforms is required. Experience with multiple ad platforms, including AdWords, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc., is preferred. Experience with healthcare marketing platforms is preferred. Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, extract insights, and make data-driven recommendations. Proficiency in Excel or other data visualization tools is essential. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate confidently and interact with key stakeholders and all levels of the company. Compensation and Location
The annual base salary for this position is $75,000 to $90,000. Placement within this range is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, education, years and level of experience, and equity with internal team members. Employees living within a 50-mile radius of Thorofare, NJ will be scheduled to work two days per week in our office with their respective team. Job Details
