We engage with consumers globally across Direct and Partner Channels in Gaming, Windows, M365 and Surface. The Gaming Retail Sales Team sells gaming devices and mult platform content through retail, etail, telco and distributor channels worldwide. Xbox is Microsoft's Gaming brand and partners with the retail industry to leverage 1P and 3P devices, accessories and content with a player-centric go-to-market strategy. Xbox continues to unite our fans across console, PC, mobile, and smart TVs, with services like Xbox Game Pass and Cloud Gaming. We aim to create the "Xbox Anywhere" experience by influencing how gamers search, experience and buy gaming devices and content. In this role, as the Consumer Channel & Partner Marketing Lead, Americas Gaming, you will plan and execute consumer-centric, omni-channel marketing with partners aligned to global priorities, expertise and local market insights to drive conversion, sell-through and ROI for our Gaming Consumer Solution Area. You will work with partners to influence the design of Microsoft experiences across channels and touchpoints, deliver integrated consumer marketing, and ensure execution excellence. You will advise on marketing investment strategy and mix, leveraging multiple funding sources and collaborating with partners to maximize impact and joint value. By joining the CCPM team, you will collaborate with Category and Sales teams locally to drive marketing through partner networks, and share learnings across markets while leveraging global infrastructure. Team leadership is emphasized to create clarity, energy, and results, with a focus on attracting and retaining diverse talent. This role offers up to 50% remote work depending on office proximity. Responsibilities

External Partner Management: Maintain executive-level partner relationships to pursue mutual objectives; advise on best practices as a subject matter expert; influence key decision-makers across teams. Consumer and Partner Marketing Execution: Partner with globally to measure ROI of partner marketing and investments; develop Partner Marketing Plans to maximize reach with retail, distribution, and telco partners; localize global strategy and ensure adoption of tools and playbooks; assess partner capabilities to maximize value; co-create targeted campaigns with partners and establish KPIs; coordinate with International teams to ensure in-market effectiveness. Omnichannel Strategy: Influence in-store and online conversion; land product launches and seasonal initiatives; develop co-marketing opportunities with retailers, distributors, telcos and partners; identify test-and-learn opportunities; activate ecommerce and social commerce strategies.
