Store Director - Miami Design District at CELINE. CELINE is a fast-growing French leather-goods couture house within the LVMH group. The role focuses on delivering a personalized client experience, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets in a demanding luxury retail environment. Responsibilities

Partner with Senior Management to create the store vision and drive a highly successful and profitable business. Provide strong leadership, act as a mentor and problem solver, and foster a collaborative team across categories. Organize activities, meetings, and priorities for the store and each category to balance operational efficiency, service, and customer experience with consistency across the store. Monitor store performance by reviewing weekly sales by category; develop and evolve standardized staffing to align scheduling with store traffic; optimize FTEs; review store structure to enhance client-centric initiatives and increase conversion, ATV, and cross-selling; coordinate with Regional for alignment. Analyze Mystery Shop reports and CRM activities; collaborate with Regional to review CRM strategy, define requirements and performance measures, and monitor ongoing performance to grow customer relationships. Provide input on Front of House/Back of House opportunities to improve sales and customer experience (displays, traffic patterns, etc.). Partner with Regional & Retail Buyer to identify and develop trainings for selling RTW & Shoes; reinforce product knowledge and service levels; mentor staff to identify solutions and adapt to the store. Maintain POS and inventory management using Retail Pro; ensure accurate documentation and reporting to NY management, regional, and corporate offices; manage stock levels and cycle counts as required. Manage full Profit and Loss responsibility for the store, focusing on controllable expenses and the sales plan; ensure staff proficiency with systems and processes. Staff planning: create work schedules, manage paid holidays and absences, and ensure store coverage. Drive sales excellence through coaching, clienteling, and setting individual and team goals; support and resolve customer issues in alignment with the network. Qualifications and Experience

Education: Business School, University or equivalent experience. Experience: minimum 10 years of managerial experience in a luxury retail setting with emphasis on general store management; multi-store management is a plus; computer literate and capable with various software packages. Languages: Foreign languages are a plus. Skills and Competencies

Action oriented and results driven; ability to motivate teams. Customer service orientation and client engagement focus. Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills. Attention to detail in operations, merchandising, and store appearance. Additional Information
