Purpose is to provide support to bottler partners and accounts and serve as the marketing resource to the sales team with a high-level understanding of unique customer and shopper needs. Advance activation that fosters stronger customer relationships and results. Develop insight-driven, tailored campaigns and annual marketing plans that meet internal and external objectives while aligning with the brand strategy, working closely with sales, cross-functional marketing teams, revenue growth management and the category management/shopper insights departments. Responsibilities include leading consumer promotions and coordinating the full process (planning, agency management, Terms and Conditions, prizes, fulfillment, Monster creative process, printing, etc.), delivering post-promotional performance analyses to optimize future programs with respect to KPIs and ROI, participating in shopper marketing and sales team meetings with a focus on shopper behavior-based decision making, and driving eCommerce joint business planning and national programs with retailers in collaboration with digital teams, sales, and bottlers to grow across digitally enabled purchasing platforms. Responsibilities

Own commercial and bottler communication, acting as the marketing expert to ensure consistency in programming across accounts and regions, leveraging retailer and brand strategies for launches, exclusive items, re-launches, sampling programs, seasonal programs, price promotions, and custom consumer promotions. Assist in the development of annual business plans using category, shopper, and retailer-specific data; identify opportunities, provide market insights and performance metrics for Monster and strategic brands portfolios; translate national brand strategies into actionable customer marketing plans and sales strategies for each channel with proper budget control. Ensure branding and logo use aligns with brand standards at all POS materials and in-store activations; collaborate with graphics teams and agencies to develop visuals, secure timely printing and shipping with internal POS procurement prior to in-market launches where applicable. Lead consumer promotions, manage the full process (planning, agency management, T&Cs, prizes, fulfillment, Monster creative process, printing), and report post-promotional performance with actionable conclusions to optimize future programs (KPIs and ROI). Participate in regular shopper marketing and sales team meetings, providing thought leadership to shopper behavior-based decision making. Drive successful eCommerce joint business planning and national programs with retailers, in collaboration with digital teams, sales, and bottlers to grow across digitally enabled purchasing platforms (loyalty, digital offers, shopper media, etc.). Qualifications

Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA a plus. More than 7 years of experience in Field Marketing and Brand Management in the beverage/packaged goods industry. Monster Energy provides a competitive total compensation; this position has an annual estimated salary of $95,040 - $126,720. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. Seniority level
