Report to the Executive Director, Global Product Marketing, and support the development of the full global product strategy. Lead the global and regional MOB planning cycles; perform category analysis, competitive analysis, line edits, price strategy, NPL sizing and performance tracking, assortment strategy development, and 3-year category and subcategory business planning. Based at the Too Faced Corporate Headquarters in Irvine, California. Support and define the brand category strategy that drives business and reinforces brand equity. Develop category and product strategy that drives business forward and reinforces brand equity. Partner with Product Development, Global Marketing, Global Beauty and Consumer Insights to inform innovation strategy and product launch cadence. Monitor franchise performance in the global marketplace and recommend ongoing optimizations. Support on long-term new innovation plans within cost targets and LRP. Enhance insights through analytics; generate insights by subcategory/form/portfolio; drive COG analysis; provide strategic pricing input; manage SKUs across assigned categories; tailor strategy to consumer segments. Lead NA (North America) Product Marketing needs: monthly NPL and Demand Review, Circana competitive reporting, consumer-centric assortment planning and omni-channel lens; budget planning, reporting, and retailer-facing presentations. Lead strategic initiatives: inform team on consumer-centric trends and research; support pricing analysis, VM strategy; contribute to Global product Innovation Strategy and Brand Strategy presentations; stay up-to-date on emerging trends to identify opportunities. Qualifications
6+ years of related marketing experience; beauty/CPG/retail preferred; strong interest in beauty required. Bachelor’s degree required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build cross-functional relationships. Self-motivated, committed, passionate, and goal-oriented; team player with a positive attitude. Strong project management, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task and meet timelines. Adaptable and proactive with ability to respond to changing directions. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; strong analytical skills balancing analytical and creative thinking. Experience with industry databases (Circana/NPD, Beaute, Euromonitor, Tableau a plus). The anticipated base salary range for this position is $99,400.00 to $163,800.00. Exact salary depends on experience, skills, education, and location. This role is eligible for bonus and share incentive plans. The Estée Lauder Companies offers benefits including health insurance, wellness programs, retirement plans, paid leave, and holidays.
