Overview
Enablement Program Manager for Technical Content at Docusign. You will be responsible for all aspects of foundational and continuous learning programs for Global technical training for our customer-facing GTM teams, including onboarding, role-based learning journeys, creating and securing training content, scheduling with regional delivery teams, deployment of on-demand courseware, and instructor-led sales training. The primary focus is to create technical enablement content that builds confidence and competency in technical customer-facing roles (Presales, Customer Management and some CS Services roles) globally. You will work with enablement partners and other content teams to create new programs and enhance existing ones. You will own the technical enablement content strategy and collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams to build, deliver and support plans. You should be able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and advocate for your technical sellers. This position is an individual contributor reporting to the Vice President, GTM Enablement. Responsibilities
Own the strategy for technical content to support GTM teams needing technical acumen; create the agenda and advocate for content aligned to program goals Plan, lead, and manage onboarding initiatives, including content creation and delivery, collaborating with Global Program Managers, Enablement Performance Partners and GTM Leadership Create and integrate technical training into onboarding programs with clear expectations, learning requirements and milestones for field readiness Collaborate with subject matter experts and other departments to deliver content during onboarding Create session learning briefs, conduct dry runs and provide real-time feedback on onboarding delivery Act as a liaison between new hires and leaders to ensure milestone achievement for field readiness Educate team members on the value proposition of Docusign IAM and facilitate knowledge transfer to presales, Customer Management and some CS Services onboarding teams Collaborate with Presales, Value Consulting, and Customer Success leadership on enablement plans featuring demos and IAM product capabilities Propose improvements for customer calls and product demonstrations based on market trends Create a learning strategy and roadmap to reinforce value selling and sales execution Work with Global Program Managers and regional GTM partners to build technical programs/content, including sales playbooks, skills development, role-playing scenarios and tooling utilization Support product launches by enabling Presales, Customer Management, and select CS Services teams to understand technical solutioning Develop skill/gap assessments with GTM Enablement Leadership on at least a yearly basis Improve delivery of world-class sales enablement programs and advocate for the technical sales perspective within GTM and marketing Prepare quarterly business reviews for regions detailing enablement program participation and knowledge assessments What you bring
Basic
8+ years of experience in Technical Content Experience delivering technical training or presenting technical solutions during a sales cycle Experience creating enablement content for just-in-time learning for customer-facing technical teams, with focus on product knowledge and sales skills Experience with Salesforce.com, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel Experience with Google Suite Preferred
Experience in Presales or technical Customer Management, delivering technical solutions during a sales cycle At least 5 years in Sales/Revenue/GTM Enablement Excellent written and verbal communication skills Passion for learner-centric adult learning, including asynchronous and live delivery Ability to turn ambiguous goals into execution plans and foster cross-functional collaboration Able to juggle multiple priorities and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Track record of translating ideas into business impact Strong narrative and presentation skills for engaging a target buyer Solid experience with LMS, survey and reporting tools for enablement metrics Wage Transparency: Pay for this position is based on geographic location and may vary based on knowledge, skills, and experience.
