$80,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr This role focuses on creating engaging interaction patterns, prototyping user flows, and designing motion that shapes how users move, interact, and feel across digital products. You will bring interfaces to life through motion design, microinteractions, and transitions that create seamless, human-centered digital experiences. Responsibilities

Design and implement intuitive interaction patterns, user flows, and motion design to enhance usability and delight. Create UI transitions, page flows, and microinteractions that elevate the overall digital product experience. Build high-fidelity prototypes using tools such as Figma, Framer, Principle, ProtoPie, or Spline. Leverage UI animation tools (e.g., Lottie/Bodymovin) to design scalable motion graphics and animations. Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to deliver consistent and accessible digital experiences. Apply human-interaction design principles to ensure products are engaging, user-friendly, and inclusive. Must-Haves

Proven experience designing for digital products with a strong focus on motion and interaction design. Expertise in UI transitions, page flows, and microinteractions (must be evident in your portfolio). Proficiency with prototyping tools: Figma, Framer, Principle, ProtoPie, Spline, or similar. Proficiency with animation tools: Lottie/Bodymovin or equivalent. Strong understanding of human-interaction design and accessibility best practices for digital products. Seniority level
