User Experience (UX) Lead

opportunity available based in Doral, FL. Qualified candidates for this job must possess a current DoD Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI. Role Responsibilities

Identify and implement technologies needed for users to interact seamlessly with the Enterprise Information Environment (EIE). Collect and extract data utilizing technical sensors and user feedback. Employ insights to mitigate potential issues. Ensure continuous awareness of the USSOUTHCOM user environment. Provide a proactive and data-driven approach to identify and mitigate issues. Identify problems, degradations, or outages for immediate escalation or review. Make recommendations to optimize and automate processes to increase user benefits, value, and satisfaction. Continually improve and maintain IT and Cyber systems performance. Accountable across the entirety of the SCITES 2 program ensuring IT and cyber systems are relevant, data-centric, and integrated into USSOUTHCOM decision support frameworks. Required Qualifications

Must possess an active DoD Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or equivalent combination of training, experience and education. 12+ years of experience with IT and engineering ideally in support of DoD enterprise environments. DoD 8570/8140 IAT II Certification (Security+, CCNA-Security, CySA+, CND) Preferred Qualifications

DoD 8570/8140 IAT III or IAM III (CASP, CCNP, CISA, CISSP, CCISO) IT and Professional Certifications such as ITIL4, CDMP, CDPSE, PMP, etc. Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience with automation and containerization. Prior experience supporting USSOUTHCOM. Spanish Language Proficiency. Travel Requirements

In rare occasions, overnight travel may be required. Physical Environment and Working Conditions

Cambridge International Systems complies with Temporary Duty Station (TDY)/Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) vaccination requirements. If this position requires OCONUS travel, vaccine recommendations by AOR | Health.mil list applicable current vaccination requirements by location. Must be able to work in an office environment, sitting at a desk, looking at a computer for most of the workday. Work is physically comfortable; the employee has discretion about sitting, walking, standing, etc. May be required to travel short distances to offices/conference rooms and buildings on site.
