Minds Beyond Measure (MBM),
a nonprofit, strives to inspire purpose and passion, to empower and cultivate great minds in children, youth and teachers to improve educational outcomes in New York and developing countries. Background of Our Organization Minds Beyond Measure (MBM) is a nonprofit established in 2019, inspired by the founder's experiences traveling and living abroad across Asia. Witnessing a lack of educational resources and access to education in impoverished communities sparked a passion to provide access to quality education for both teachers and students. MBM focuses on delivering transformative teacher coaching, professional development, and mentorship programs through Creative Arts, serving underserved communities in New York, the Phillipines, and South Africa, and Kenya. Web Developer , this could be your life, while ensuring we bring in diverse, committed talent to help us drive real impact across underserved communities in New York and globally. The developer will work with
Google Ads
to create campaigns to raise awareness of our organization along with driving traffic to our website. You’ll also help us create more efficient ways to navigate our website. You will hold a vital role in helping us move toward our goal of inspiring and empowering students and teachers. A commitment to our organizational values and vision is key. You will work closely with the CEO/Founder, to meet and exceed web development goals, and in turn, grow and improve your development and organizational skills in this pivotal role. A recommendation/reference letter will be provided for you. Essential Job Functions Build and optimize Google Ad campaigns to drive traffic to MBM’s website and increase awareness of our organization Maintain and optimize a secure web page for evolving business needs Provide continued support for one or more web properties Maintain communication with team members and supervisors concerning the direction of the website Code and script applications Perform routine site audits, as well as ongoing maintenance, on an as-needed basis Stays abreast of industry trends, needs, innovations, and opportunities. Must be willing to commit a minimum of
2 hours a week
and be willing to make a
3 month commitment
as a volunteer. Up to
10 hours a week
and willing to make a
3 month commitment
