Your Role:
As a Music Instructor, you will create an engaging and nurturing atmosphere that promotes student growth and creativity. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering music lessons to students of various ages and skill levels.
- Fostering strong relationships with students and parents through consistent communication, goal-setting, and regular progress updates.
- Collaborating with store teams to effectively schedule lessons and enhance student retention.
- Utilizing your musical knowledge and experience to inspire and guide students.
What We Need:
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Music Education, Music Performance, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of music teaching experience.
Desirable Qualifications:
We would prefer candidates with the following backgrounds:
- Advanced degrees (Master's or Doctoral) in Music.
- Active participation in professional teaching memberships or certifications.
- 8+ years of teaching experience, especially with multiple instruments, including but not limited to guitar, piano, violin, flute, and voice.
