Arts In Blue is hiring: Teaching Artist in Brooklyn

Arts in Blue is seeking  professional dance artists, actors, singers, and musicians to join our mission of preparing young people to be the next generation of artists. Rooted in Black culture and creativity, Arts in Blue offers programs that inspire, educate, and empower through the performing arts.

We are currently hiring teaching artists and collaborators for:

• The Studio – Our Saturday dance school (September–June), offering instruction in Ballet, Modern, Tap, African, and Hip Hop.
• Arts Residencies – In-school and community-based programs that bring dance, theater, music, and storytelling into classrooms and neighborhoods.

Qualifications:

• Professional training and experience in your discipline (dance, theater, music, etc.)
• Passion for teaching and mentoring youth
• Commitment to nurturing creativity, discipline, and joy
• Strong collaboration and reliability
