Insight Global is seeking for a Marketing Operations Associate to join the Marketing team with one of our prestigious financial clients located in NYC. This person will be responsible for driving the efficiency and effectiveness of this firms marketing initiatives. This role involves managing marketing processes and supporting internal systems by coordinating with cross-functional teams. This candidate will oversee brand governance, ensuring compliance and quality in marketing materials, and manage digital assets through their Digital Asset Management system, including training and maintenance. Additionally, this person will be responsible for organizing events, enhancing internal communications, and promoting a collaborative culture. Lastly, the role will consist of vendor management, invoice processing, and asset tagging.

Required Skills & Experience - 3-5 years of experience in a project management, executive assistant, or chief of staff role - Background/experience in marketing operations - Highly detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience - Proficient in marketing tech platforms (e.g., Adobe AEM, Getty Brandguide) and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, ZiFlow)
