Job Description
Service Support Agent
This role serves as the key point of contact between customers and the service team, ensuring a seamless and informed experience from start to finish. It combines strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills to support both customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
LOCATION: Portland, OR
SALARY: $25/hr.
SCHEDULE: Full-time, Monday-Friday | 7:00am-4:00pm
*Drug screen and background check required upon offer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Customer Interaction & Support: Greet customers, gather service needs, explain technical details clearly, and resolve complaints to ensure satisfaction.
· Service Coordination: Schedule appointments, manage workflow, and translate customer concerns into accurate work orders.
· Sales & Estimates: Provide cost estimates, process billing and payments, and recommend additional services to support sales goals.
· Administrative Duties: Verify warranty coverage and maintain detailed records of services and customer interactions.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
· Strong Communication & Customer Service: Exceptional verbal/written skills and experience in customer-facing roles to build rapport and manage interactions.
· Mechanical & Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of vehicle maintenance and repairs to accurately discuss issues and create work orders.
· Computer & Software Proficiency: Comfortable using industry-specific software for scheduling, billing, and record keeping.
· Detail-Oriented & Problem-Solving: Sharp attention to detail and the ability to collaborate with technicians to resolve customer issues effectively.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This role requires the ability to sit, stand, and move throughout the facility for extended periods while interacting with customers and staff. Light physical activity, such as lifting up to 25 pounds and handling office or shop materials, may occasionally be required.
