Overview

We are seeking an experienced Image Content Producer to join our creative production team. This role will be responsible for managing workflows, asset procurement, quality control, and cross-functional communications to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality imagery and content assets. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in creative production environments with strong Adobe and CMS expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead communications and workflows to ensure effective exchange of information and deliverables.
  • Participate in project kickoffs, content meetings, reviews, and other production-related discussions.
  • Facilitate strong relationships between internal and external partners, ensuring timely updates and information flow.
  • Plan, manage, and track asset procurement to support accurate and on-time project delivery.
  • Own quality control (QC) of all assets coming from and going out to vendors, studio teams, and partners.
  • Handle daily escalations and troubleshoot production challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal/external partner teams to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Coordinate with creative and development teams to document global content needs (e.g., matrices, screens, hardware).
  • Develop detailed instructional briefs for Geo production teams.
  • Partner with localization teams to scope projects based on marketing communication plans.
  • Provide training and onboarding support for new producers.
  • Track imagery status across projects and deliver regular progress updates.
  • Brief production studios with clear instructions and annotations.
  • Manage risk and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Apply sound judgment to balance independent work with team collaboration to meet deadlines.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience as a producer in a creatively driven advertising agency or in-house production team.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop required).
  • Proficiency with Content Management Systems (CMS) and Digital Asset Management (DAM).
  • Familiarity with Keynote and Pages.
  • Excellent knowledge of digital file management and server navigation.
  • Proven ability to lead projects, manage timelines, and clearly communicate deliverables and resourcing needs.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Track record of effective collaboration with cross-functional creative and technical teams.
  • Ability to quickly process detailed information, identify bottlenecks, and deliver clear recommendations.
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Team player who thrives in improving processes and driving efficiencies.
