About the Role

We’re looking for a Creative Producer who can turn vision into execution — seamlessly bridging the gap between creative direction and production logistics.

You’ll work closely with our Creative Director to help translate campaign ideas into actionable plans, manage timelines, coordinate vendors, and keep creative work on track. From moodboarding and shot list creation to shoot prep and final file delivery, you’ll be part of every step that brings our content to life.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong visual eye, killer organizational skills, and experience navigating fast-paced creative environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Work alongside the Creative Director to build out shot lists and moodboards
• Assist in early-stage creative planning: references, visual direction, logistics
• Act as point of contact between design, marketing, photographers, and editors
• Help maintain the social calendar and assist in content coordination
• Ensure deliverables meet quality and brand standards before final review
• Streamline approvals and remove bottlenecks wherever possible

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years experience in creative production, content coordination, or project management
• A visual thinker with strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfort navigating timelines, vendors, creative teams, and evolving priorities
• Familiar with Figma, Monday.com, and Google Drive (or similar tools)
• Proactive, solutions-driven, and able to move fast with minimal oversight

Bonus Points

• Experience in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle content
• Familiarity with Lightroom, Capture One, or production workflows
• Light design ability (resizing/cropping assets) is a plus
