Overview

Charlotte Tilbury is seeking a motivated Temp to join the Public Relations, Celebrity, Partnerships & Influencer team in North America. This role is essential for supporting daily activities within the department, aimed at enhancing press coverage, organizing events, and building a community of influencers. The Temp will report to the Director of Influencer Marketing, with day-to-day co-supervision from the team coordinators.

Responsibilities

• Assist in management of robust database of Press, Makeup Artistry, VIP and Influencer contacts.
• Support the team in always on gifting initiatives and mailer strategy to Advocacy community.
• Manage the brand\'s PR closet, maintaining inventory and overseeing a streamlined process.
• Assist in the management of mailer strategy in collaboration with team Coordinators
• Handle administrative duties including product orders, creative asset requests, invoices and mailer lists.
• Contribute to large-scale experiential activities and other brand building initiatives.
• Support in managing reporting platforms including Cision, Traackr, and Muckrack

Requirements

• Previous industry-related experience is preferred
• Strong awareness of current and future beauty industry trends.
• Passion for influencer marketing, trends, brand storytelling and social media.
• Ability to thrive in demanding situations without sacrificing the quality of work
• Flawless attention to detail, multi-tasker, creative thinker and can-do attitude.
• Knowledge in technical platforms including MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel.
• Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills

Notes on Schedule and Benefits

The expectation for this position is to be onsite 2-3 days per week and will run through December 2025.

Base Pay

Base pay range: $18.00/yr - $18.00/yr
