We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to lead and elevate our brand’s digital storytelling. This role blends creativity and strategy — overseeing content from ideation to execution while ensuring our presence is consistent, authentic, and culturally relevant. The right candidate is both a trend-savvy creative and a detail-oriented operator, capable of turning ideas into impactful campaigns that drive engagement and community growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a social media strategy that supports brand goals and seasonal campaigns.
- Manage daily posting, scheduling, and community engagement across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and other emerging platforms.
- Create content (photo, video, copy) and collaborate with design/creative teams on high-quality social media assets.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and identity through storytelling that highlights the brand’s mission, products, and culture.
- Oversee Meta Ads execution, track KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions, follower growth), and deliver performance reports with actionable insights.
- Monitor social trends, platform updates, and cultural conversations to keep content competitive and relevant.
- Engage authentically with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and product teams to align campaigns across channels.
- Support influencer partnerships, collaborations, and content rollouts, including tracking performance impact.
- Maintain social media documentation (trend decks, asset libraries, performance dashboards) and ensure best practices are updated regularly.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of professional social media experience, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
- Strong grasp of platform algorithms, analytics tools, and industry best practices.
- Skilled in content creation: copywriting, photo/video editing, and short-form video production.
- Strong communication skills with a keen sense of brand voice and visual storytelling.
- Balance of creativity and data-driven decision-making.
- Highly organized and able to juggle multiple projects and platforms simultaneously.
- Managerial experience preferred
