Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Public Relations Assistant to support our PR team in developing and executing communication strategies that align with our clients’ objectives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the creation of press materials, coordinating media outreach, and supporting event planning efforts to enhance brand visibility.

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting and distributing press releases, media alerts, and client communications.
• Coordinate scheduling for interviews, press conferences, and client events.
• Monitor media coverage and compile PR reports.
• Maintain and update media contact databases.
• Support the development of presentations, reports, and internal communication documents.
• Help manage public relations campaigns and ensure deadlines are met.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a PR, communications, or administrative support role.
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
