Overview

New Studio Launch Manager role at JETSET Pilates Franchising. The NSL Manager reports to the Director, New Studio Openings and supports the successful launch of new franchise studios by providing on-site leadership during their first week of operation. Frequent travel is required (up to 85%). When not traveling, the NSL Manager provides administrative support for the New Studio Openings department, documents lessons learned to optimize future launches, and reports feedback to internal teams. Location: South Florida.

Responsibilities

  • On-Site Launch Support: provide hands-on support in-studio during the first days of a new franchise opening; guide opening and closing procedures in real time; shadow and coach Studio Leads on client greetings, check-ins, and membership sales conversations; observe instructors and provide feedback to ensure brand standards are met; troubleshoot operational or technical issues; train teams on systems, technology, and troubleshooting A/V; model best practices for delivering a world-class member experience; train owners and GMs on day-to-day operations; build rapport with owners, general managers, instructors, and front desk staff; ensure the Franchise Owner/General Manager and Studio Lead teams are confident and prepared to operate independently by the end of the visit.
  • Coaching & Team Development: act as a mentor and trainer for franchise owners, General Managers, and frontline staff; provide in-the-moment feedback and reinforcement of training; answer questions and build team confidence during client interactions; conduct a formal debrief at the end of the onsite visit; visit open studios and provide support and feedback as needed.
  • Brand Representation: serve as the on-site representative of JETSET Pilates, upholding brand culture and standards; travel to new markets; transition ownership to the franchisee and GM with a clear action plan for ongoing success.
  • Administrative Tasks: document observations and provide post-visit opening reports to studio leadership and internal teams; complete construction close-out videos and escalate outstanding issues; coordinate on-site schedules to ensure staff attend training sessions; when not on-site, set up systems and platforms and maintain project management tools.

Required Skills And Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in boutique fitness, hospitality, or retail operations with a proven track record of driving sales performance and membership growth
  • Significant experience with MindBody Software and AXLE
  • Strong background in local marketing activations, community engagement guidance, and social media promotion to build brand presence and client pipeline during the first week of operations
  • Demonstrated ability to coach teams on sales conversations, lead conversion, and retention strategies
  • Passion for fitness, wellness, and the JETSET brand
  • Eye for detail and presentation; hospitality mindset; creative brand curator; event & atmosphere management
  • Leadership in vibe; strong communication, energizing and motivating teams; adaptability
  • Client experience obsessed
  • Travel up to 85% and be located in South Florida

Salary Range: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications.
