About the Team

The Senior Negotiator role will report into the Supervisor position and will be a part of the National Video Investment Team. This team works collectively to ensure that we have a thorough understanding of and a pulse on the media landscape, make smart investments with media partners, negotiating mutually favorable terms, and plan and execute client media buys that best deliver on their business and marketing objectives.

Responsibilities

The expectations for this role fall into 3 key categories :

  • Developing Teams & Talent — Understand roles and responsibilities within the team; contribute to training of junior members on their team; review and support goals of junior team members
  • Delivering on Our Value Proposition — Participate in meetings with partners; understand partner portfolio offerings and identify opportunities for clients; participate in negotiations for assigned clients and campaigns; deliver best in class client service
  • Managing Business & Operations — Participate in strategy development for client campaigns across national linear and CTV media channels; review and negotiate media plans to ensure delivery against client KPIs while driving revenue; manage campaign activation (buy entry, make good/ADU management, pacing reports, liaison with traffic team); manage post-campaign audits and posts (compile post materials and execute system pulls with accuracy)
  • Handle process with oversight and a high degree of accuracy; manage billing (invoice reconciliation and approvals); establish expectations through clear communication with client and vendor; contribute to data input across tools
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, OX/Prisma, Salesforce, and related tools; keep Salesforce up to date for assigned accounts

Qualifications

TECHNICAL SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  • 3-5 years of experience with strong knowledge of media
  • Diverse backgrounds welcome including Agency Planning / Investment, Media Sales, Consulting and/or Media Client Side
  • Basic knowledge of Salesforce and MS Office Suite (proficient in Excel)
  • Strong media financial acumen is mandatory
  • Business financial acumen is preferred
  • Basic understanding of the media landscape

Compensation Range : $59,850.00 - $90,620.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Compensation will be determined based on skills, qualifications, and experience; the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in medical plans and 401(k) per eligibility criteria. For regular roles, medical, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off are offered.
