Rocky Mountain RV & Marine, a family-owned dealership in Albuquerque for 38+ years, is seeking a Service Writer to join our team!

Earn $80K–$90K with commission while helping customers enjoy the RV lifestyle!

• Hourly + Commission

• $80,000 – $90,000/year (DOE)

• Greet and assist customers in the service department

• Write and manage work orders/estimates

• Communicate between customers, technicians, and management

• Keep customers informed during repairs

As a Service Writer, you’ll be the friendly face customers meet when they bring in their RV or boat for service. Your day will include:

• Greeting customers and making them feel welcome

• Listening carefully to their concerns and recording service needs

• Coordinating with technicians to ensure accurate and timely repairs

• Keeping customers updated throughout the process

• Celebrating with them when their RV or boat is ready for the next adventure!

You’ll balance organization, communication, and customer service — all while working in a supportive, family-owned environment where your hard work is rewarded.

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Organized and able to handle a fast-paced environment

• Basic computer/data entry skills

• Service writer, automotive, RV, or marine experience a plus (not required)
