Location: Hoboken, New JerseyJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $41.21 - 43.21 per hourWe are seeking a proactive and skilled Creative Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be a leader, managing multiple creative projects from concept to launch while acting as the primary liaison between internal teams, external agencies, and clients. You will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of complex, cross-functional programs, ensuring clear communication, and navigating approval processes. The ideal candidate has strong project management expertise, a talent for building professional relationships, and the ability to drive fast-moving initiatives to a successful launch. Responsibilities:
Leads and manage multiple creative projects, collaborating directly with business partners, and vertical team.
Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, external agencies, and clients to ensure clear, proactive, solutions-oriented communication.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships, demonstrating business acumen project management expertise, and the ability to drive fast-moving initiatives to launch.
Oversee the full lifecycle of complex cross-functional programs and initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Partner with SBU teams and cross-functional stakeholders to execute innovative ideas, campaigns, and programs.
Navigate approval processes, execution steps, and performance measurement for campaigns and programs.
Track project progress and maintain status documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor campaigns post-launch and deliver activation decks to clients.
Identify risks and remove roadblocks to keep projects on track.
Foster a spirit of partnership, collaboration, agility, and operational excellence.
