As the Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing Hanna Imports’ online presence. Your primary focus will be to ensure brand consistency, increase customer engagement, respond to online reviews, and contribute to dealership growth through strategic and impactful social media initiatives.


Key Responsibilities
  • Google Business Profiles: Manage and optimize Google Profiles for all Hanna Imports locations.

  • Strategy Development: Create and implement a cohesive social media strategy aligned with overall business goals.

  • Content Creation: Produce and share original, engaging content including text, photos, videos, and dealership news.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track SEO and web traffic metrics to improve reach and visibility.

  • Reputation Management: Respond promptly and professionally to customer reviews across all digital platforms.

  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, BDC, and Service teams to ensure unified messaging.

  • Brand Presentation: Maintain consistent branding across social accounts (profile photos, banners, layouts).

  • Campaign Execution: Propose and lead social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.

  • Sales Team Support:

    • Create professional Facebook and Instagram business profiles for each salesperson.

    • Coach and support sales staff to ensure they post a minimum of 10 times per month on their business profiles.

  • Training & Onboarding: Assist with onboarding new sales team members by:

    • Setting up business profiles.

    • Training them on social media expectations and best practices.

  • Trend Awareness: Stay informed on current trends, tools, and emerging technologies in social media marketing.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred)

  • 1+ year of experience in social media, marketing, or content creation (internships or freelance work accepted)

  • Familiarity with platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Business Profiles

  • Basic knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics

  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills

  • Experience with tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus

  • Highly organized with good time management and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with multiple departments

  • Positive attitude, coachable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
