Executive Assistant II, AWS Industry Marketing. The AWS Industry Marketing organization is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support a VP. Responsibilities

Management of complex calendars, scheduling requirements, and prioritization of the executive's tasks and appointments based on importance, urgency, and relevance. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all calendar information and executive activities. Proactively coordinate and engage with leadership in planning and organizing events, activities, and calendars. Act as a liaison for direct reports and business stakeholders. Coordinate international and domestic travel. Participate in planning of events and drive key team activities (staff meetings, all-hands meetings, supply ordering). Collaborate with other executive assistants within the org and across AWS to drive best practices and cross-team efficiencies. Track and help drive the completion of key deliverables across programmatic mechanisms. Prioritize tasks with strategic acumen, balancing urgency and importance. Qualifications

5+ years of senior level leadership support experience. Experience with executive level calendar management. Experience coordinating domestic and international travel. Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications. Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company. Experience working with large global teams. Experience leading process improvements. About the Team

AWS Industry Marketing is responsible for helping AWS reach and engage customers across different verticals, delivering messaging that demonstrates how AWS helps customers transform their businesses and industry use cases. The team launches new products, drives adoption of AWS services targeting industry use cases, and leads full-funnel marketing activities to accelerate AWS growth in key industries.
