We are seeking a
Senior Marketing Consultant
to drive digital content execution and personalization strategy across enterprise platforms. This role requires advanced expertise with
Adobe Experience Cloud, content management platforms, and accessibility standards , while strategically partnering with leadership to deliver impactful customer experiences. Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute
highly complex marketing initiatives
with enterprise-wide impact Develop and influence digital content strategies across CMS platforms (SDL Tridion, AEM, WordPress) Build and manage
personalization and multi-variant testing
using
Adobe Target
or similar platforms Partner with leadership to deliver
long-term, scalable, and innovative marketing solutions Conduct
web accessibility testing
and ensure compliance with
WCAG standards Provide technical guidance through advanced knowledge of
HTML, CSS , and Adobe Experience tools (RTCDP, AEM, Target, CJA) Consult with senior leaders on
digital transformation initiatives
to optimize customer engagement Required Qualifications
7+ years in
Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Digital Platforms
(mobile, web, or social media) Advanced experience with
content management platforms
(SDL Tridion, WordPress, AEM) Deep expertise in
Adobe Target
and personalization strategies Strong understanding of
accessibility standards
and testing tools Ability to read/interpret
HTML and CSS
for content troubleshooting Familiarity with
Adobe Experience Cloud tools
(RTCDP, AEM, Target, CJA)
