In this role, you will analyze and optimize marketing performance across various channels. Your insights will drive data‑driven decision‑making to elevate marketing strategies and business impact. To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on a hybrid in‑office schedule. Employees work from our South Charlotte office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting systems to track known user KPIs and metrics. Generate regular, actionable insights into channel performance, campaign effectiveness, and overall marketing impact to drive business outcomes and enhance marketing results. Monitor and analyze performance across marketing channels (website, social, email) to identify trends and optimize strategies. Collaborate with the Lifecycle Marketing team to enhance channel impact toward acquisition, engagement and revenue goals. Analyze user data to identify insights and key behaviors across their journey, using data modeling to evaluate cross‑channel performance and isolate growth opportunities and trends. Create and enhance goal setting and forecasting models to predict initiative impact and track progress toward annual goals. Design and implement metrics to measure long‑term value of known users and impact of marketing initiatives. Analyze CLV, retention, and other indicators to inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing investments for sustained growth. Utilize incrementality and holdout methodologies to measure true campaign impact. Partner with Lifecycle Marketing to design experiments to isolate effects and provide actionable insights for budget allocation. Collaborate across product, acquisition, audience development, and editorial teams to identify opportunities to drive acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations on marketing performance to senior management and stakeholders. What Were Looking For

Relevant experience in Analytics, Statistics, or Data Science 2+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics with a track record of influencing strategy Expert proficiency with SQL; Looker experience is a plus Knowledge of standard attribution methodologies for core digital channels including website, email, and social media Experience with Python and/or R Experience with A/B test strategies, multivariate testing, and test planning Experience with incrementality and holdout methodologies Ability to align analytics with strategic business goals and influence decision‑making with data‑driven recommendations Compensation and Benefits
