Responsibilities
Business Insights and Marketing Reporting:
Find the story in the data and communicate insights with clients and internal team members Combine and analyze data sets from multiple sources / platforms such as client business information, marketing performance data, and licensed datasets Conduct thorough analyses of business problems, leveraging Unlock products, processes, and your own technical skills Build, maintain, and use Tableau, Looker, and client dashboards to enable rapid deployment and updates to inform internal teams and client interactions Streamline, evolve and improve the effectiveness of our agencys approach to identifying market opportunities and measuring their results
Evaluate and recommend process and tool improvements to enhance the overall value of our products and services Collaborate with development teams, product managers, client success teams, and other stakeholders to create positive results for our clients Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferred Healthcare experience required Agency or consulting experience preferred 3+ years of proven experience in an analytics role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Minimum 2 years professional experience creating dashboards and reports within Tableau Minimum 2 years professional experience with SQL Perks and Benefits
