Must Have / Experience
Photoshop, Project Coordinator, SharePoint, WordPress
Demonstrated experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar content editing tools (1 year)
Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred Education)
Qualifications
Demonstrated advanced proficiency with computer-based tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Zoom, and other digital publishing tools
Experience with SharePoint, Mailchimp (or similar), WordPress (or similar), Microsoft Forms, and SurveyMonkey (or similar)
Experience creating content for and maintaining a public-facing website for various audiences
Understanding of communication or change management principles and ability to apply appropriate methodologies
Strong written and oral communication skills; samples may be requested
Excellent writing skills; ability to simplify complex information
Highly organized with analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong presentation skills; ability to convey messages to diverse audiences
Active listening and collaboration skills; ability to influence others
Strategic thinking with ability to identify issues and risks
Experience managing multiple tasks with focus on timeliness and quality in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
Legal work status: Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country will be considered
Nice-to-Have / Desired Skills
Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar content editing tools
Understanding of public sector IT solutions and organizational change challenges
Experience supporting large-scale communication campaigns
Experience with media relations, multimedia production, SEO/SEM, analytics
Knowledge of web accessibility standards (W3C) and modern, accessible website design
Basic graphic design, video shooting/editing, and photography concepts
Responsibilities
Create engaging, accessible content for various communication platforms
Collaborate to develop and execute the Communication Strategy and Plan
Manage the content calendar and Communications Plan; track assignments
Ensure communications meet web accessibility standards and align with program goals
Develop materials such as newsletters, emails, and PowerPoint presentations
Apply communication principles to achieve positive outcomes for stakeholders and program
Understand the program’s vision, timeline, goals, and stakeholders
Contribute to the management and coordination of communication activities and weekly reporting
Track issues, report risks, and follow up on open items related to communications
Support data collection and analytics to measure effectiveness of communication strategies
Prepare reports summarizing pre- and post-program findings
Support various program activities; flexibility to adapt to changing needs
