What is this role like?
We\u2019re looking for a Marketing Manager who will take ownership of building and executing our marketing strategy across brand, product, and growth. As our dedicated marketing leadership hire, you\u2019ll not only drive campaigns and brand positioning but also lay the foundation for our marketing team. This is a high-impact role where you\u2019ll shape how Topsort tells its story to the world, experiment with bold ideas, and partner closely with sales and product to deliver campaigns that drive measurable growth. What You\u2019ll Do Own and scale Topsort\u2019s brand strategy, messaging, and voice across all channels. Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, product, community, events) that drive awareness and qualified pipeline. Build out our content engine: case studies, blogs, thought leadership, social, newsletters. Partner closely with Sales & Product to create GTM strategies, sales enablement tools, and product launch campaigns. Represent Topsort at key conferences, events, and developer/retail media communities. Establish KPIs, track ROI, and optimize marketing investments. Recruit, mentor, and lead the members of the marketing team as we grow. What We9re Looking For
5–8+ years of experience in B2B marketing (ideally SaaS, AdTech, or retail/e-commerce). Preferably startup experience. Proven track record of building or scaling marketing functions at startups or high-growth companies. Creative storyteller with strong writing and communication skills. Data-driven and resourceful—able to design campaigns that convert with limited resources. Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-moving startup environment. Bonus: Background in retail media, advertising technology, or developer ecosystem marketing. What We Value
