This training & apprenticeship program is a unique opportunity that provides on-the-job training and education to those in sincere pursuit of a career in floral design.
No experience required;
however, a creative and/or artistic aptitude is helpful. Bring us your enthusiasm and creativity, and we'll show you how to make it bloom!
Like all things worth doing, this is a progressively-challenging program that will take you from asking 'what is this flower?' to designing custom-made arrangements in approximately 90 days. The hourly pay rate will change as you progress through the program.
To qualify for this opportunity, candidates:
must be available for full-time hours
must be seeking a long-term and full-time career in floral design
are at least 18 years old
are friendly and cooperative
willing to consent to a background check
willing to sign an employment agreement
