The ideal candidate will leverage AI for design conception, engage closely with customers through research, and utilize iterative prototyping for innovation. This role demands staying updated with technological advancements to implement novel design solutions that delight customers and drive business results. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Conceptualize and implement designs using AI, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and project goals. Conduct customer research to validate design choices, employing a hypothesis-driven approach for continuous improvement. Collaborate across teams to refine designs based on feedback, ensuring seamless integration into overall product strategy. Utilize advanced prototyping and design methodologies to articulate complex visions through simple, impactful designs. Maintain a commitment to innovation and excellence in design by keeping abreast of industry trends and customer preferences. Must have Skills Proficiency in Figma and Adobe creative suite. Strong foundation in design principles and user-centered design practices. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Industry Experience: Prior experience in multimedia design or a related field is required. A portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design, multimedia creation, and collaborative projects is essential. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction Design, or a relevant field. A graduate degree is a plus.
