We’re growing and on the lookout for an experienced Interior Designer who brings creativity, leadership, and heart to every project. If you have 8+ years of experience, NCIDQ certification (preferred), and a passion for design that serves people and culture, we invite you to apply.

Responsibilities- Lead projects of all sizes through every phase, from concept to construction.
- Create inspiring environments through design concepts, space planning, and problem-solving.
- Select and specify materials, furniture, finishes, and design elements that bring spaces to life.
- Produce high-quality, comprehensive drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Mentor junior designers while contributing to design quality and innovation.
- Collaborate with project managers, senior designers, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Participate in client meetings, design presentations, and construction administration.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with both clients and teammates.
- Cultural sensitivity and respect in serving Native communities.
- Creativity and critical thinking to solve complex design challenges.
- Adaptability and time management in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment.
- Leadership presence, paired with a supportive and team-focused mindset.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or other closely related field.
- NCIDQ certification preferred.
- 8+ years of professional design experience.
- Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- A strong portfolio showcasing creativity, technical expertise, and community-centered design.
- Prior experience with Native American clients or tribal projects is valued but not required.
