How You Will Make an Impact

  • Daily check-ins with stakeholders from media, marketing, and production teams
  • Receive, distribute, and maintain necessary planning and tracking documents
  • Alongside the Executive Director and Producer & Senior Marketing and Production Operations Manager, help manage and enforce deadlines including all content requests, deliverables and listings
  • Communicate regularly with managers on the current status of all projects in progress
  • Gather and research materials needed for the concept, development, and post-production processes
  • Work closely with production team, helping facilitate Wrike process and traffic
  • Process vendor invoices and fiscal documents as needed
  • Work with the marketing team to help develop initiatives that drive traffic, engagement, and deliver great customer experiences and customer retention

What You Bring to the Table

  • Production student or production graduate preferred
  • Previous administrative/office management experience a plus
  • Must be highly collaborative and able to maintain creative excellence in a fast-paced, ever-changing landscape
  • Ability to represent the company in a professional manner at all times
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Wrike, Project Management and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Time management, project management skills and presenting skills
  • Strong communicator with exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize, de-prioritize daily functions and offer up solutions
