Job Description Job Description Reboot Staff is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the development and execution of marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams to ensure that marketing strategies align with business objectives, assist in campaign implementation, and monitor performance metrics to improve outreach and brand impact. Responsibilities Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across various platforms (excluding social media). Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer insights. Support the production of marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content. Assist with event coordination, trade shows, and brand outreach initiatives. Maintain project timelines, marketing calendars, and reports. Track and analyze campaign results, making recommendations for improvement. Work closely with design, sales, and content teams to align messaging and execution. Qualifications Qualifications Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing coordination or administrative marketing role. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with CRM platforms and email marketing tools is a plus.
