Marketing Intern Job at SEEDS TO FLOWERS INC in Brooklyn

We are looking for a driven and creative Marketing Intern to support our outreach, brand visibility, and digital storytelling efforts. This internship is ideal for a student or recent graduate seeking hands-on nonprofit marketing experience, while contributing to a meaningful cause.

• Assist in managing Seeds To Flowers’ social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)

• Help develop and execute a monthly content calendar

• Design eye-catching graphics, videos, and reels using Canva or similar tools

• Draft compelling captions, blog content, email newsletters, and campaign messages

• Support event promotions, donor campaigns, and awareness initiatives

• Conduct basic research on trends, hashtags, and audience engagement strategies

• Track and analyze performance metrics to inform content improvements

• Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media, or related field (preferred, not required)

• Passion for youth empowerment and social justice

• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools

• Strong writing, editing, and visual content creation skills

• Highly organized, reliable, and self-motivated

• Experience with Canva, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite) is a plus

• Real-world experience in nonprofit marketing and communications

• Professional development and mentorship from experienced leaders
