Essential Responsibilities:
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to drive product commercial success
- Champion customer needs to ensure products address key pain points and deliver value
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature updates
- Build a deep understanding of markets, competitors, and regulatory landscapes to inform strategy
- Collaborate with client-facing teams to gather customer feedback and refine product positioning
- Support the launch of new markets and offers by coordinating with global and regional teams
- Lead the prioritization and execution of marketing campaigns to increase adoption and market share

What You'll Do
Inbound Strategy & Market Intelligence
- Partner with Consumer Insights teams to develop research strategies that uncover how AI agents will change shopping behaviors and purchase decision-making processes
- Collaborate with Product teams during roadmap planning to influence agentic commerce feature prioritization based on consumer needs and competitive analysis
- Partner with UX teams to ensure agentic commerce experiences are intuitive and build consumer trust
- Act as the voice of the consumer in product development discussions, ensuring solutions address real consumer pain points
Product Positioning & Value Proposition Development
- Develop compelling product positioning that differentiates PayPal's agentic commerce capabilities from competitors and clearly communicates consumer benefits
- Translate complex AI agent functionality into clear, consumer-friendly value propositions that emphasize trust, convenience, and control
- Message Testing & Optimization: Iterate on messaging through A/B testing and performance analysis, ensuring maximum resonance with target audiences
- Build value propositions that position PayPal as the trusted enabler of autonomous commerce experiences across the marketing funnel
Go-to-Market Strategy & Launch Orchestration
- Lead and execute comprehensive GTM strategies for agentic commerce products and features, coordinating across Product, Commercial, Brand Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Communications teams
- Partner with Creative and Content teams to develop marketing assets that clearly communicate agentic commerce value propositions across awareness, consideration, and conversion touchpoints
- Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to address consumer protection concerns and regulatory requirements
- Work with Customer Experience teams to design support systems and educational content that help consumers understand and adopt
Growth & Lifecycle Optimization
- Partner with Performance Marketing teams to develop acquisition campaigns that effectively communicate agentic commerce benefits and drive consumer trial
- Collaborate with Lifecycle Marketing teams to create engagement campaigns that increase AI agent usage, build consumer confidence, and drive repeat transactions
- Orchestrate optimization programs based on consumer feedback and usage data to improve agentic commerce experiences and drive business growth
Required Qualifications
- 10-12 years of marketing experience with strong focus on consumer insights, market research, and emerging technology adoption
- Proven track record in fintech, payments, or consumer technology with experience launching products that require significant consumer behavior change
- Experience with AI/ML product marketing, machine learning, or autonomous technology products to consumers with focus on trust and adoption drivers
- Strong inbound product marketing experience with demonstrated ability to influence product roadmap through customer insights, competitive intelligence, and research
- Full product lifecycle experience with demonstrated success from product ideation and development through launch, growth, and optimization phases
- AI-native and tech-first approach with ability to drive technology adoption and data-driven decision making across teams and markets
- Strong project management and organizational skills for coordinating complex initiatives across a highly matrixed organization
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree in Marketing/Business
- Experience at companies that have successfully launched AI-powered consumer products or services
- Background in emerging technology adoption research or future consumer behavior prediction
