Executive Producer (Digital Media/Broadcast) This is a full-time, Executive Producer (Digital Media and Broadcast) opportunity for one of our Financial Technology clients in Chicago. Hybrid in Chicago, IL. Relocation is available. Responsibilities If you are an experienced senior broadcast or digital media producer/leader who is passionate about developing and delivering profitable digital media returns, sponsorship revenue, and audience growth, recruiting, managing, and coaching on-air talent, blending creativity with engaging and entertaining storytelling, and leading a high performing team in a rapidly growing environment, this role may be for you! Role Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, Film/Video Production, Digital Media, Broadcast, Marketing, or similar. 15+ years of experience in senior leadership position(s) in broadcast and/or digital media. Demonstrated experience launching, scaling, and monetizing daily programming at the level of major sports, finance, or entertainment networks. Advanced proficiency in YouTube-native growth mechanics and traditional broadcast studio operations. Demonstrated experience recruiting, managing, and coaching on-air talent and possesses a strong network of industry connections. Advanced understanding of live control room workflows, multi-camera production, graphics packages, and digital distribution ecosystems. Direct leadership experience managing a team including growth, feedback, and management.
