TEC Canada is looking for a Content Marketing Advisorto craft high-quality, multi-channel content that strengthens our brand presence and amplifies our reach. From blogs, articles, and eBooks to digital campaigns and social media, youll play a key role in telling the TEC story and delivering value to business leaders across Canada. Working closely with our marketing team, youll transform ideas into impactful content that fuels engagement, generates leads, and supports our vision of accelerating the growth and development of Canadian business leaders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Creation & Management
- Research, write, and edit high-quality content including blogs, articles, case studies, and eBooks tailored to TECs audience.
- Develop engaging copy for web pages, newsletters, and social media channels.
- Ensure all content aligns with TECs brand voice and delivers consistent messaging across platforms.
- Repurpose long-form content into shorter, multi-format pieces to maximize reach and engagement.
Organic Growth & Optimization
- Optimize content for SEO, readability, and accessibility to improve discoverability and traffic.
- Collaborate with digital marketing colleagues to support lead generation and nurturing campaigns.
- Monitor content performance analytics and recommend adjustments to drive continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities for thought leadership content that highlights TECs expertise and market positioning.
Creative Innovation & Collaboration
- Explore new content formats such as video, multimedia, and infographics to expand reach.
- Work closely with research, design, and communications team members to produce integrated campaigns.
- Stay up to date on content marketing trends and best practices to bring innovative ideas forward.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and campaign planning with creative concepts.

QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or digital communications.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a portfolio showcasing published content.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization tools.
- Experience with digital publishing platforms (WordPress, HubSpot, or similar).
- Familiarity with multimedia content creation (social media, video, graphic tools) is an asset.
- Strong creativity, innovation, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
