What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Oversee $1.5-$2M in account revenue as the most senior strategic client counsel
- Consistently produce coherent strategies for clients and projects
- Work with top executives at leading technology companies as a trusted counselor and advisor
- Manage, mentor, and develop staff using a supportive and collaborative approach
- Generate business revenue within existing clients by offering strategic recommendations
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, or a related field
- Minimum 15 years of experience in communications, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity
- Demonstrated skill in building relationships with top-tier reporters and editors
- Extensive writing and editing experience with a variety of print and online communications media
- Experience in managing a comprehensive strategic communications and media relations program

- Innovative thinker with a track record for translating strategic thinking into actionable plans
- Experience in social media influencer engagement and content campaigns
- Ability to set up measurement programs and measure the ongoing ROI of communications activities
