About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join its senior leadership team. The CMO will be responsible for developing and implementing a three-year strategic marketing and communications plan that aligns with the institution's artistic and strategic assets. This includes working closely with the Executive Director/CEO, the Board's Marketing Committee, and a team of 12 full-time staff members to lead marketing, communications, and patron services efforts. The role involves overseeing a departmental budget, coordinating with an outside creative agency for brand awareness campaigns, and ensuring that institutional revenue goals are met. The CMO will also be involved in market research, sales forecasting, and the continuous improvement of the company's web platform for increased ticket sales.
