The Physician Liaison is responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of physicians and mid-level providers across all specialties. Will develop recruiting strategies, and source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and direct market outreach. The Physician Liaison will screen resumes, conduct interviews, and extend offers to candidates. They will also work to build relationships with physician candidates and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent.


This role bridges marketing strategy with provider outreach, helping us grow our clinical team and strengthen brand presence in the medical community. Will develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to recruit physicians and promote provider services. Will create compelling content for digital ads, email campaigns, social medica, and print materials. Will manage physician-facing events, webinars, and conference sponsorships.


Requires Bachelors Degree in Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Communications, or Business Management. Requires at least 2 years of experience recruiting physicians or other healthcare professionals. Knowledge of medical terminology and the physician job market.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
